Shipping policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

For the shipping prices, this will vary according to size, weight and destination.
The pricing which will be calculated for you is based on the pricing of PostNL with some additional markups to take into account the shipping materials necessary to package your items. 

For any type of shipment, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information via email.
If you have opted for a shipment method with tracking, the tracking number shall also be included in the aforementioned email.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Untracked Letter

Similar to Cardmarket, we also offer untracked letter shipments so that customers may save as much on shipping as possible!

This shipment method is only available for purchases with total order value of maximum 20€ or 10 cards total.

The shipping costs will be calculated automatically for you during checkout, but in general they should be in the range of around 2-5€ euros depending on which country you live in.

Note that when choosing untracked letter as your shipment method, you should still receive a shipment confirmation email.
If you receive no such email within 3 business days, please contact us.

Letterbox Parcel

For orders that do not qualify to be sent untracked in a letter, they will be sent as a letterbox parcel via PostNL with tracking. 

Standard Package

For shipments of items that do not fit in standard European letterboxes, they shall be sent as a standard package (with maximum size limit of L/B/H=90). 
Customers will have the option of opting for insurance for their packages, currently this will be maximum up to 50€.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to most countries within the EU. 

Unfortunately, we do not yet offer shipping to countries outside of the EU as further considerations are necessary for tax and customs purposes. 

If you live in the EU, but you are unable to check out as there are no shipping methods valid for you, this could simply mean that I have yet to add your country into the list of supported destinations. 
Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it immediately. 

 

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS?

If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your order (e.g. quality not as expected, damage occurred during shipping, wrong card was sent, etc.), returns are accepted within 30-days from the date the order was placed. 

Note that refund for the purchase will only be issued after the items have been successfully returned. Any additional costs incurred to send the return shipment will be at the expense of the customer.
