What is the return policy?

My goal is, of course, to ensure all my customers are satisfied with their orders.

In general, customers have a right to return their purchases if they are not satisfied with the product. A full refund can be offered once the item has been received and has been confirmed to be in the same condition as when it was first sent.

The condition of each card is strictly checked before being put up for sale. If I suspect that you may have engaged in fraudulent activity (e.g., exchanging the cards for a lower-quality copy), a refund may still be issued, but I will have the right to block you from making further purchases on the site.
Are any purchases final sale?

As long as you have not received a shipment confirmation email, you can still report issues, request changes, or, in some cases, even request a cancellation of an order*.

Once an item is shipped, it is no longer possible to make changes to the order, so please be sure to double-check your order during checkout.

* Cancellations can be issued as long as there is an agreement between both parties. If you would like to cancel your order for whatever reason, please contact me through the contact form.
When will I get my order?

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
